Your workoutbegins with a neural warm-up designed to optimize and prepare your body for the upcoming exercise. Z-Fit stands apart from other training systems by addressing all of the elements of your body including the joints, visual, vestibular and proprioceptive systems, not just the muscles, as is typically the case. Every element of the nervous system is an integral part of your body’s ability to perform, therefore, optimizing each is the only way to truly reach your potential and reach your goals faster than you could otherwise.</p>
<p>The second part of the workout is the strength and skill phase. This is where you learn new skills and work towards perfecting the ones you have already. This is also the time you will get the opportunity to work on your strength in the movements in which you are already proficient.</p>

This is where the intensity of Crossfit comes into play, and how your body will really begin to really change. High intensity training not only raises your metabolic rate while you exercise, it also triggers the release of fat-burning and muscle building hormones in the body. The result is rapid body composition changes unparalleled by any other training method.</p>
