As a Z Health Master Trainer Jason has mastered the arts of neuroplastic mobility restoration, integrative movement capacity and elite athletic development. He will be teaching Z Health seminars throughout the country during the year.
As a Crossfit Kettlebell Instructor he will use the most dynamic training methods and equipment ever created to produce rapid, injury free results that last.

Mitchell is a Crossfit veteran of 4 years, with 3 years of coaching experience as a Crossfit Level I certified trainer. He uses the most dynamic, varied, and safe movements to help clients quickly reach and exceed their personal goals.
Mitchell is competitive in the national Crossfit community, and placed 21st in the 2009 Midwest Regional Qualifier, 9th at the 2010 North/South Carolina Sectional Qualifier, and 35th at the 2010 Southeastern Regional Qualifier. He also placed 1st in his age group (15-25) at the 2006 Lake Hickory Triathlon.

Carolina has been a dedicated fitness professional for 7 years. She has always been an active group exercise coach leading students through cycle, Pilates, Yoga, TRX, boot camp, strength & conditioning and sports conditioning classes.
Carolina, prides herself on her ability to pull together knowledge and experience from these disciplines providing her clients with the most innovative and individually tailored programs guaranteeing results. Carolina combines nutrition, Pilates core training, functional strength training, anaerobic intervals and Yoga for an all around fitness program tailored to each individual’s body and ability. Adam graduated from the National Personal Trainer Institute in 2011. By completing the 500 hour, 6 month course he is now a certified personal trainer, basic nutrition certified and CPR and First Aid certified. He will incorporate many different training methods to make sure his clients reach their goals!
Adam has been an athlete his entire life and has been a soccer coach/instructor for the last 3 years. He was the Head JV/Assistant Varsity coach at Central Columbia High School, 2009/2010, Director of Soccer Operations at i9 Sports, an instructor at Kick-n-Sticks, and the current boys head coach at Immaculata Middle School. He also plays on Schaedenfreud United and Wake FC.
