Crossfit Seminars

Z-Fit’s Crossfit seminars have been developed to give Crossfitters the safest and most effective means to improve their performance in the gym. The system we developed is focused on the nervous system, how it controls the body and how to communicate with it to allow the body perform in its most efficient and effective manner possible. Because the nervous system responds to any given stimulus immediately, the resulting performances increases will be seen immediately, resulting in instant strength improvements, increases in range of motion, and decrease in pain levels.
The first class is a two to three hour weekend seminar for your members designed specifically to improve the two Crossfit staples: squatting and overhead movements. We will teach simple, safe, and easy to reproduce techniques that will improve your athletes’ performance with demonstrable results. Coaches are encouraged to attend as well so they can incorporate these techniques daily with your athletes.

 

Subsequent seminars will address Olympic lifts, abdominal work, running and sprinting.
